OUR RETURNS POLICY
Here at Bearboxers we believe in the ‘buy now, decide later’ principle. We are confident you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase but if you are unhappy with your order or change your mind then you can simply return your item/items in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement.Exclusions apply for all underwear* .
We all change our minds sometimes so we will try to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as much as possible. Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us using the Contact Us form on our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a FREE RETURNS LABEL.
If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 28 days, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. Please note, for reasons of hygiene, all underwear that have been removed from their original packaging are NOT returnable under our returns approval guarantee. If you have been sent the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us by email before returning.
Please ensure you select the correct size/sizes and style before buying to reduce the number of retruns due to the wrong size being ordered.Refer to our size guide.
We have designed our returns process to be as clearly as possible to all our customers. To enable us process your returned item/items as quickly as possible, we advise all our customers to please leave a note inside your parcel with: Your invoice number , your name and your Bearboxers account number if you are registered with us or just your customer number. Reason for return – If you require a refund or a replacement . The item/size/colour required must also be specified in order for us to re-order a replacement for you.
Please package your item securely and post to: Bearboxers Underwear, 8 The Cotton Mill, 7 Samuel Ogden Street,Manchester City Centre. United Kingdom.M1 7AX. Please retain your proof of postage until you have been fully refunded or the item/items have been replaced. Return of your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
