Free Delivery

Please note, we offer FREE standard delivery in the UK for orders of £35.00 and above. Free delivery is only available within mainland UK. Terms apply. Standard delivery charge and turnaround times will apply to all other delivery destinations. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS for our deliveries. Our aim here at Bearboxers , is to get your orders shipped to you in the quickest way possible.

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day on a 48 hour service so you should receive them the following day. However this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service as there may well be factors outside of our control that affect your delivery time.

If you require a guaranteed next day delivery then please select EXPRESS delivery at checkout when you place your order.

Standard Delivery

The estimated standard delivery is 5 working days. Delivery costs will be added to your order before CHECKOUT so you always have the option to review before confirming your order.

Postage to : Worldwide

Excludes:Israel, India,Albania, Cambodia, Argentina, Chile and Estonia, Africa ( with the exception of South Africa and Ghana)
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS for all our deliveries. Please note, we will not be able to send items to any destination which has restrictions from any of our delivery/courier companies. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not sure of your delivery destination before you place your order. Please note, we do not ship perfumes and fragrances to international destinations.

 

Delivery to Non-Mainland UK, Remote UK Areas and BFPO Addresses

The cost of Non-Mainland and Remote Area UK delivery is as follows:
Minimum charge up to 5 items: £6.95

Delivery to non-mainland and remote UK locations (including Northern Ireland) is capped at a maximum of £11.95, regardless of how much you order. Delivery to the Channel Islands is capped at a maximum of £21.95. BFPO delivery charges will vary.

Express Delivery

24 hour and express dispatch are available on selected orders outside UK mainland (at additional cost)

European Delivery

European Delivery Destinations

As well as UK deliveries, we can also deliver to a wide range of European countries. The full list is as follows:

European Delivery Charges

The cost of European delivery is as follows:
Minimum charge £6.95 for up to 5 items.
£0.60 per additional item up to 40 items. £0.30 per item for over 40 items.

Please be aware that local taxes may apply at point of delivery.

Rest of World Delivery Costs

For New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Dubai, Greece, Malta, South Africa, Ghana, Thailand, United States of America, delivery costs are as follows:
Minimum charge £12.00 for up to 10 items. £0.60 per item thereafter.

Please be aware that local taxes may apply at point of delivery.
Please contact us for costs to other worldwide destinations.

After Dispatch of your order

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail ; orders outside of the UK are dispatched by UPS.

You can check the delivery status of your order from the Royal Mail website if your order is being delivered by Royal Mail.

What happens if I am not in to receive the order?

If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date or collect your order from your local Royal Mail delivery office.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again.

Cancellations

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order. However, we provide a two hour cancellation window, one hour for orders on express delivery, as we believe errors can be made while placing your order. Please notify us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders that cannot be cancelled should simply be returned to our warehouse.
